E’ importante dunque formare, consigliare e facilitare gli operatori per sviluppare le loro conoscenze, così da rendere graduale questo grande cambiamento.

HyperMES is a big change and we want that everyone is aware of what we are doing and how we work. So it’s necessary to teach, advise and facilitate operators to develop their knowledges and practices, to create learning resources and make them reflect on their own practices through a community of practice.
